Adjustable Rate Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) rates are subject to change quarterly. Quarterly is defined as a calendar quarter beginning January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Rates are Wall Street Journal Prime (WSJP) plus 0.50% for lines up to 85% LTV and WSJP plus 1.50% for lines over 85% LTV. The maximum annual percentage rate is 15% and the minimum floor annual percentage rate is 4.25%. Other home equity options are also available. See credit union for details.
